I love the Top 10 lists by Women’s Health. This time, let’s focus on the 10 Best Yoga Poses for Women. I must be in my Yoga mode – fretting over the hunt for the perfect Yoga teacher. Yoga is such a great workout especially for women since we’re more flexible than men. It increases flexibility & strength over time. I feel more confident with my body & mind after I started practicing Yoga. Anyway, here are my favorite from the list:
